This disclaimer applies to https://nubilosegate.click and to all text, images, rate indications and tips published by Nubilosegate B.V. («Nubilosegate»). By using the site you accept the limits below. For studio services you purchase, the terms and conditions and your written quote also apply.
2. Not professional advice
Guides in the guides section (such as vocal warm-up or planning a band day) describe general studio practice in Amsterdam. They are not legal, tax or medical advice. Follow safe listening habits; engineers can suggest levels, but you remain responsible for your health.
3. Rates, availability and specs
Rates on services pages (for example €118 for vocal sessions or €205 for mixing) are indicative and include 21% VAT. Availability, mic counts and room sizes (24 inputs, live room about 36 m²) may change during maintenance. Always check your quote before travelling; Nubilosegate is on Czaar Peterstraat in Amsterdam East. Tram 10 stops at Czaar Peterstraat; from there it is about a three-minute walk. From Amsterdam Centraal it is roughly fifteen minutes on tram 10. You can park bicycles at the entrance; cars use paid street parking or Q-Park Oostpoort, a little over ten minutes on foot. may change if the city updates rules.
4. Recording and post-production outcomes
We deliver technical services as agreed, yet artistic and commercial outcome depends on performance, arrangement, source material and distribution outside the studio. We do not promise playlist placement, specific platform loudness or sales figures. See mixing and mastering for what is included, including up to 3 revision rounds where applicable.
5. External links

6. Liability for use of the site
Where permitted by law, Nubilosegate B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or data loss from using or being unable to use the site, except in cases of intent or conscious recklessness. Mandatory consumer liability rules remain unaffected.
