2. Purpose of the site

The site describes Nubilosegate’s recording studio in Amsterdam: rooms, services, rates and practical guides in the guides section. You can send a request via contact; that does not reserve studio time. Published rates include 21% VAT as shown on service pages; your quote is binding.

3. Hosting

The site and domain are hosted by TransIP B.V., which provides the servers that deliver our pages. If you notice availability issues, email [email protected] and we will involve the host when needed.

The site mainly serves visitors in the Netherlands and the European Economic Area. Short maintenance windows may occur.

4. Contact form and transfer outside the EEA

The contact form is handled by FormSubmit (FormSubmit LLC, United States). When you submit the form, the data you enter (name, email, message and optional phone or service choice) is sent to FormSubmit and forwarded to [email protected]. Processing may take place in the US; safeguards are described in our privacy policy.

Use the form for genuine studio enquiries. For same-day session changes, calling 020 261 4783 is usually faster.

Text, photos, layout and other materials on this site are protected by copyright and related rights. Rights belong to Nubilosegate B.V. or to licensors who granted us permission.
